The staff were very friendly, yet efficient. The shuttle to the main road was quite useful. I had a very nice room.
The rooms are very small. The hotel is very hard to get to, it has NO road access. Ok, the wifi was AWFUL, so if you need dependable wifi this isn't the place.

the staff was helpful! oum and taew were so polite. i really enjoyed the hotel being in the midst of a busy street food market. it was so easy to get to the east side of the river via boat..
the rooms are very small. it is also very hard to get to the rooms since the hotel has no road access. i also wished there was a pool available.

The location is super convenient, next to the river! i hopped on river boats just five minutes from the hotel for easy travel. the staff were wonderful and helpful. The rooms actually have windows that open. unlike larger hotels! i will definitely stay again
the wifi connection dropped out completely for extended periods. it was impossible to connect sometimes

i found the staff very polite and helpful. they gave me directions to the nearby ferry and arranged transportation to the airport. the hotel restaurant offered delicious food, and i ate there every night. the setting and river view were excellent.
the wi-fi was unreliable at times.

local experience easy access quiet atmosphere
The hotel is located right on the river. i particularly appreciated the access to the weekly market, just outside the hotel. It provided a very local feel. the easy access via boat to major city locations made exploring very convenient. i also liked the calm, quiet atmosphere on the opposite side of the river.
the hotel has no road access, making arrival slightly inconvenient.
